In the past 5 years alone, UA stepped into hospitality by acquiring a large stake of QiuGuo ( www.qiuguohotel.com ), an investment that is consistent with our strategy to enhance our global business. During 2016-2020, QiuGuo has built up a strong hotel portfolio by owning total 167 boutique hotels in China.

Like any true conglomerate, UA is diversifying its portfolio. In February 2021, UA executed the purchase from Goldman Sachs for the Holiday Inn NRG/Medical Center Area in Houston.

This upscale Holiday Inn provides private gate access to NRG Stadium. The NRG stadium is the home of the National Football League's Houston Texans, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, the Texas Bowl, many of the United States men's national soccer team's matches, Mexico national football team friendlies where El Tri serves as the host, and other events. The stadium served as the host facility for Super Bowls XXXVIII (2004) and LI (2017), and WrestleMania 25 (2009).

Less than 2 miles from Texas Medical Center (TMC), the world's largest medical center, the Holiday Inn has easy access to Baylors St.Luke's, MD Anderson, Memorial Hermann and Texas Children's Hospital.
